How Delivery Works
FREE DELIVERY UP TO 50 miles! Anything over the first 50 miles there is a delivery fee
Site Preperation
You do not need to build a foundation for regular buildings. A firm, flat, level area with 4" of 3/4" crushed stone or a concrete slab works just fine. Blocks are the customer's responsibility. Free setup includes leveling with customer supplied concrete blocks and driver supplied shims. In the event the condition of the site requires delivery person(s) to spend extra time leveling, additional charges may accrue.
Delivery
Your prefabricated barn will be delivered by a truck and trailer with optional use of a mule for setting the building in place. Make sure that the spot you choose is two feet wider than the size of your building. Free delivery includes 1 trip up to 50 miles 1 way, over 50 miles its $4.50 per loaded mile for 12' wide and under $5.50 per loaded mile for 14' wide plus permits. Any additional trips may incur charges.
Customer Responsibilities
Building and Zoning permits are the customers responsibility. Please provide access to your site. We need a path 2' wider than the building and 14' high. We can go into your yard with your permission but will not be responsible for damage or ruts in yard. It is the customers responsibility to determine if ground conditions are suitable for delivery.
MULE DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
You will love the proficiency of the new state-of-the-art shed delivery “Mules”. These outdoor shed carriers are handcrafted to ensure that the installation is performed in the most efficient manner possible. Furthermore, the shed and barn delivery “Mule” allows us to place each storage building on the prepared site all without driving a loaded truck and trailer over the lawn and into your precious backyard. This greatly reduces lawn damage and allows our sheds to be placed in very tight positions.
